ICC was tasked with a full structure demo including foundations of a building that was up to 26’ tall and built with a 2” gap or less to neighboring unreinforced masonry structures. Add to this the difficulty of this job being located right in the middle of downtown Santa Barbara on State St. This was a historic structure and new challenges and surprises were encountered daily. In the end, the entire project team agreed there couldn’t have been a more capable contractor selected than ICC.
